Refund policy

The Puzzled Runner is a small (micro!) business owned and run with love by one person (just me, Kristen!). This means that, at this point, accepting returns is not feasible -- nor is it economical for the buyer, as shipping fees would have to be deducted from the refund amount. 

If you have a problem or concern with your order, please contact me right away (thepuzzledrunner@gmail.com), and we will figure out how to make it right in a way that is fair to both parties.
